First Look Ultrasound Confirmation, Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to our team at First Look. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for changes to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our customers so we can provide the best quality and excellent customer service for our established and future customers.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS / REMINDERS:


As a courtesy, you will receive an appointment confirmation email and/or text at least two days prior to your appointment date and an appointment remind email and/or text the dat before your appointment date.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

We want every mom to enjoy every minute of their experience. We ask all of our moms to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the session start time to fill out the necessary paperwork & to get settled. This will ensure that you receive the full amount of time reserved on your Gender or 4D/HD ultrasound for you and your family. We understand that you, family members or friends may run late. If you are running late, please call us to let us know (504) 941-7983. Your appointment time slot is designed with a 5 minute grace period. In order to ensure all other appointments that are scheduled are not affected by a late arrival:
  • After 5 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your session will be the full amount of time as described in the package.
  • After 10 minutes late, there is a $25 late fee and your appointment will be rescheduled. If you choose not to reschedule, the prepayment is non-refundable.
  • Please keep in mind, we book 1-2 weeks in advance and your appointment time slot is reserved for you.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and moms on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We require that all appointments are reserved with a prepayment. In the event that we do not receive the required 48 hour notice for reschedules and cancellations, the prepayment is non-refundable.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our customers on the waitlist of any availability, as well as keeping our First Look team member's schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for supporting First Look!
