• GENDER Sessions: Please avoid caffeine the day of session. Arrive with a full bladder & refrain from using the restroom.
• 4D/HD Sessions: At least 1 week prior to your appointment drink a half gallon of water per day & avoid dark drinks like coffee, tea and soda; The day of your appointment, please do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours before the appointment. Instead please eat a light meal. On the drive to your appointment, please drink a cup of juice or eat a healthy snack. Please use the restroom before the session begins.
